What’s up Guardian...welcome to Episode 298 of Guardian Down Cast...I’m your host Todd, the GATR and I’m a Day One Guardian who loves gaming and especially, the Destiny franchise…we’re the podcast that’s all about your stories, your community…and your Destiny.…this week, my co-host Kingsleymac is with me again.

In this episode, Kingsleymac and I will go over our week and share our thoughts and impressions of Week one of Act 3 of Heresy.
We will quickly review This Week in Destiny…the weekly Bungie blog that informs us of current events in Destiny 2…of course, we will give the abbreviated version with the most important info for the week.
I’ve created something new in our discord community that was actually a suggestion from one of our members, Jimmy Raynor and that is…the question of the week. I’ll ask a random question every Monday and I’ll share the results live on our show, so if you want to participate in the next Question of the Week, look for that channel in our GDC section of channels…and I might even share some comments as well.
There has been some conversations this week in the Destiny community which I believe started publicly from a popular Destiny 2 pvp streamer ZkMushroom and he went on a small rant how the new version of Trials is going to kill the game mode and Aztecross even weighed in on it this week as well. He not only ranted a bit about the latest game mode but also gave some constructive ideas of what might help sustain this new version of Trials of Osiris. I, of course, have some opinions on this as it kinda hit a nerve when I saw the video…and Kingsley, I want to hear your take as well on this coming from a more pve minded player.

Finally, we’ll answer community questions that have been submitted in our discord. It’s a pretty chill show tonight with some opportunity for some engagement from our live chat as well, so if everyone is ready…let’s roll.
